| Very spicy, fine and well rounded. Produced from single growth, the most noble Grande Champagne as are A.E. DOR's N°7 and N°8. The qualities of this cognac reveal themselves only after a minimum of 25 years in oak barrels. These Cognacs are all distilled from wines from the Grande Champagne area, Cognac's noblest growing region, and have all aged for many long years in 'Tierçons', the traditional casks of Limousin oak whose proportions are ideal to allow Cognac to mature perfectly. Each of the 'Hors d'Age' Réserves has its own particular origin, distinctive flavor. |
