Paul Beau - Hors d'Age
Vieille Grande Champagne

Eucalyptus and exotic fruits lead aromas of this very complex Eau-de-Vie, hint of dry wood, touch of spice, very long (Noted by Mac A Andrew)

Mid-tawny core; peaches and fruit on nose; real style on palate, showing good inviting fruit, smooth whith lenght. Very good (Notes by Conal R. Gregory, MW, The Cognac Companion)

This cognac was awarded a gold medal at the 2000 Concours Agricole de Paris, a silver medal in 2001 and a silver medal at the International Wine and Spirit Competition 2001. Aged for 20-25 years, it has a wonderfully intense and concentrated aromas of fruits and spices; on the palate its taste is warm, rich and powerful, and it has an exeptionally smooth, long finish.
