It has now been aged for over 40 years and stocks of it are strictly limited as the vineyard is no longer owned by the house of Paul Beau. This superb cogna as a complex aroma of fruits, flowers and spices; a rich, perfectly balanced flavour and subtle 'rancio', a wonderfully clean, long finish of great complexity. It is presented in an individually numbered bottle. |
