| This rare Réserve, selected by Monsieur DENIEUL DOR, exceptional not only in its age but also in its qualities, is now limited to a few demijohns. After over 50 years in the wood, it was decanted into glass containers. Its alcoholic strength of 40% by volume is the result of long aging, with its corresponding evaporation. The characteristic rancio taste, much appreciated by connoisseurs, is both a proof of its authenticity and an illustration of its personality. This very old N°9 Réserve lies in our Paradise, alongside our famous Très Vieilles Grandes Champagnes from the last century. A place it justly deserves. |
